Based on the 1960 TV series, Dark Shadows follows the
adventures of a centuries-old vampire Barnabas Collins (Depp) and his
encounters with various monsters, witches, werewolves and ghosts.
Fourteen years Moretz plays "fun-loving hippies in
1972" in the film, which in reality is to help Barnabas, in the dating
department.
